Hi! I’m Michal,
I am a sister, daughter, event planner, NLP practitioner and transformational Business Coach. Having built one business as a new immigrant in a foreign country with a completely different culture, I felt it was time to change.
In the last three years, I looked at my desires for myself and my future. I wanted to continue being a successful entrepreneur. But what did that look like, and how was that possible? I decided I wanted to help and inspire others! So I pivoted!
I used my 14 years of experience helping companies, leaders, and entrepreneurs succeed.
When I started implementing my Three A framework of Ambitions, Action Steps & Achievements, it identified the limiting beliefs in myself that I worked on fixing using transformation therapy techniques.

I am now creating opportunities for women entrepreneurs to find their foundation, building strategies, problem-solving, helping them turn up on their terms, and getting them to step into their CEO shoes to reach their ambitions as I do with my business each day. I have the honour of helping women, some of whom are just starting their entrepreneurial journey while others have been in the business for over 15 years.
All of whom are looking to pivot something within their industry.
